Aydin Design in 3D

Aydin Design room on GogofrogAydin Design on GogoFrog

A free 3D visualisation or a completely 3D website. I have spent about an hour today creating a 3D representation of Aydin Design. You do not need to code anything - just add some colours, images, furniture from either your own graphics or choose from preset ones.

I have not chosen to make it completelydifferent or abstract and used images and text which were already on our 2D website. Have just put in some basic furniture and added 2 discussion forums - please go and post, we would love to hear from you !

Interesting. But I was not really able to navigate. The 3D rendering is confusing, eg, turning left or right behaved differently from what I would expect.

Can you tell us more about the authoring? Was the 3D representation generated from this site? I did not find “Latest Posting” or any posting at all.

A lot of time is wasted with walking from one place to another. Clicking links is much faster.

The chat feature might be nice, if lot of people are in the site at the same time.

Hi, yep I am having a bit of a problem navigating too - it does take time you need to be able to zoom rather than keep pressing keys or mouse . Also I can’t visualise the spatial dimensions very well (need to change the res on some of my photos). In terms of authoring - it doesn’t map exactly.

I am thinking to create a separate room for my blog. You can choose one or more walls to have a weblog feature on them but there is not a facility to upload current entries. I will try and look at this in more detail this weekend.
