As seen today on [1] Biskero, nice idea - once you’ve downloaded the application you can pick up detailed information about your device, save it to a file and if needed then send onto customer care for analysis - helping to troubleshoot device problems quickly.
It can be accessed via phone or pc once installed. More details on [2] Nokia
